The Alkali Hussaini Foundation recently hosted the ITF SUPA-2 Soft Skills Exams and Certificate Issuance, marking an important milestone for trainees enrolled in the foundation’s Tailoring and Fashion Design program. Before beginning their hands-on practical sessions, all participants underwent an intensive soft-skills training facilitated by the Industrial Training Fund (ITF).
This training focused on essential workplace and entrepreneurial skills that every aspiring business owner needs. Trainees learned how to communicate effectively, manage customers professionally, and build long-lasting business relationships. They were also introduced to time management, problem-solving, teamwork, and the fundamentals of business ethics competencies that are crucial for running a successful tailoring enterprise.
After completing the training, the participants sat for the ITF SUPA-2 Soft Skills Examination, designed to assess their understanding of these concepts. The successful trainees were awarded certificates, recognizing both their commitment and the value of the skills acquired.
This achievement sets a solid foundation as they transition into the practical tailoring program. With these soft skills, the trainees are better equipped to navigate the business aspects of fashion and build sustainable careers.
The Alkali Hussaini Foundation remains committed to empowering individuals with both technical and professional skills for long-term success.
