Alkali Hussaini Foundation Kick-starts TVET Training on Hospitality

The Alkali Hussaini Foundation has officially kick-started a 6 Month Training under the FME- (TVET) programme in Hospitality, aimed at equipping young people with practical and job-ready skills for the fast-growing service industry. The initiative reflects the Foundation’s continued commitment to youth empowerment and skills development.

The hospitality training is designed to combine classroom instruction with hands-on practical sessions. Trainees are being introduced to key areas such as hotel operations, customer service, food and beverage service, housekeeping standards, workplace hygiene, and professional conduct.

By focusing on practical learning, the programme prepares participants for immediate employment opportunities in hotels, restaurants, event centres, and related businesses. It also encourages self-employment by providing trainees with the confidence and foundational knowledge needed to start small-scale hospitality ventures in their own local environment.
